Near Uptown and along industrial corridors

Many light-industrial buildings near Uptown, along the rail lines and in older corridors share streets with growing residential neighborhoods. Ornamental steel gives security without looking like a prison yard. We avoid barbed and razor wire unless a site truly needs it and the rules allow it.
