Biddleville & McCrorey Heights Fences
Fences for two historic west-side neighborhoods near Johnson C. Smith University, including McCrorey Heights' local historic district.

McCrorey Heights became a Charlotte local historic district in 2022, so fences there generally need Historic District Commission approval. Its mid-century homes suit low brick, iron, aluminum and simple wood fences. Biddleville, one of Charlotte's oldest Black neighborhoods, has older homes and growing infill with standard city rules.
